33. Seeing RedThe morning rose and washed around both of us, and time picked up its steady pace. I could feel it racing, deep within me, and I knew that our night was done. I scooted the covers away from my body.   
“Going somewhere?” Dan murmured next to me and gently laid his hand on my shoulder, pushing me back into my pillow. “Stay. Have a lazy morning for once.” His hand swept downward toward my stomach, and he drew circles with his finger around my navel.

It’s ridiculous how much one person can hurt another. Time and again I am shocked at the kind of power love creates. The power to make a person happy beyond all reason, the power to push them over the edge.   
There is a dull ache in my chest. It has been there for days, secondary to a sharper, biting pain. I wonder if this duller, more permanent pain will ever fade...will the scars? I can feel the wounds, invisible to the naked eye. But maybe if you looked hard enough into my eyes, the ones you always said were like a storm, you could see them. Jagged, open wounds across my heart.

It's been FOREVER

I guess I'll just update this because I should and I want to.

So uhm... hm. o.o Nothing exciting has happened in my life. I've started a summer job type thing. I'm babysitting a little boy named Cameron. He's SOO cute at four years old, and I get 5.50 an hour for playing with him. Over all, I'm going to be making 200 dollars. Yaaay me.

I am almost done with my retainer! Just a week or so, and I only have to wear it on nights. Which is very good, considering I am a wimp and I can not stand the pain. I hate this thing. I think, by wearing this, I've lost about ten pounds. I'll gain it all back of course.

Breaking Dawn is coming out on SATURDAY. *super excited*

Annnd I should be getting my school schedule anyday now. Maybe next Monday. I feel rather hyper right now though I didn't eat all day so I should be pretty worn out or whatever.

I've decided to actually UPLOAD SOMETHING! *gasp*

I don't quite now if I like it, but what the hell, it's something to do and I haven't added anything in two or three months. So, heeey, why not?

And I can't get the mood thing to change... my computer isn't loading the smilies or whatever. So I'm not really pissed off. I'm happy! Really, I am. =D
